Stella At Woofstock: Awesomest Day Ever

As you can see, Stella had a FABULOUS time at Woofstock 09. Everywhere she sniffed, there was something to eat or a new dog to greet. And she was finally treated with the respect she deserves at an outdoor restaurant. Chicken stew was served right to her perfectly sized table.

Among her favouritist new Woofstock pals was a pink poodle, a purple mohawked punk rock dog, about a billion other Bostons and a dog that looked a lot like a chicken. Yay Stella!

Dastardly Adorable Bear Cub Gets Caught with Head in Feeder

An adorable and - according to Stella - evil bear cub was caught with his head in a bird feeder on Memorial Day weekend. Stella says "It was me. I caught the bear cub jerk in a carefully and cunningly laid out master plot to rid the world of excess cute. After all, there is "adorable dog" and then there is "other". Who needs "other"?"

Unfortunately Stella's plan for cute domination was temporarily thwarted by the bear cub's mother. This much larger and decidedly less cuddly version of the trapped cub tore the bird feeder apart with her ferocious teeth, each one roughly the size of Stella's adorable paw.

Stella Goes to a Birthday Party!

So Stella went to a doggy birthday party this weekend! She had SO. MUCH. FUN.

She got to play with her best friend Amy:

And she got to eat tons of yummy treats:

And chew on bones that smelled like almonds:

And she got to watch her best friend Amy open cool birthday presents:

And she got to eat part of a big - no, giant - happy birthday cookie:

Even us humans had cake:

And when Stella left, she got to take home treats:
